Getting back to one of the things I did ages ago: Talking about R1 Anime companies and their panels. First up: Bandai Entertainment, which as of late, feels like they are dying slowly. They keep on delaying releases, and they have a few newer titles left. (Haruhi was the main focus this time around, it felt like.) They needed something to keep them from looking like Haruhi is their last big Hurrah.
And they did, in the form of licensing the series K-on!, one series that people have been asking for licensing here in the US. And not to mention, it will be out on DVD AND Blu-ray. We don’t know the specifics yet(Will the BD be dub only, like their other BD title, Kurokami, or will they be Bilingual. Or even if there is a dub…), but you better believe this will probably sell, IF they stop delaying titles all of the time…

Note: Tommorow, there are the Funimation and Nozomi panels. And there is also the wild horse that is Geneon Universal. What are they doing in R1 land?
