State of Anime- Feb 08

This month had some ups and some hairy moments, however- Everything seems to be righting itself.

First- The ADVFilms Crisis appears to have been resolved. Many titles that were on the list of doom are being shipped, Kanon being one of them. However, Gurren Lagann is the lone title not on the shipping list. So, we may be on a holding pattern.

Geneon is still offline-for now.

Funi licensed Claymore. A title some people like, some people don’t(I’m on the side of not caring about said title.)

Bandai Visual US has licensed Sola. Also, BVUSA has announced they will be streaming select episodes of their titles.

A new Trigun movie seems to be in the works. More Vash the Stampede works.

Also, another Slayers TV Series is in the works. Details are light atm, but more Lina Inverse and company would be fine.
