This is my listing of all the best and worst of the year:

Best Anime of the Year 2007-
ef A Tale of Memories

This was a tough one, as you know, I love Lucky Star. However, a series overtook LS as #1 of the year. Starting with Ep.7, ef started to show the epicness that helped it overtake LS. From Miyako’s 99 phonecalls, to Chihiro’s story, to the 100 seconds of the last phonecall in ep 10, to Chihiro just throwing away her pages of her Diary, knowing full well the consequences make this series #1. Oh and Naru Nanao designs doesn’t hurt, either.

Best Female of 2007-

Izumi Konata

Duh. If you know me, I am a Konata fan. This year, Kona wins.

Best Male of 2007-

Minoru Shiraishi-

He might make a fool of himself with his singing. But, he is good for a laugh, and also, can be psycho.(See the last few eps of LS to prove that.)

Sledgehammer Award-(Worst anime of the year)-

Every year since 2005, I call a series the worst anime ever, and they get smashed with the sledgehammer( I have done this to an anime I didn’t like before.)

In 2007, I haven’t watched this series, but the character designs are UGLY. The monsters don’t look menacing, and the Hero looks…………stupid.

Therefore, the Sledgehammer award belongs to:

Maple Story.
