Joppy’s Rants- Another Odex Sighting

Oh, joy. Here we go again.

Seems that Someone has complained to Comcast, and two other ISPs around the world over Bittorrent downloading.

General consensus believes that this is Odex. That I could understand, as they lost a company that (my belief) paid for their dubs within the last month(Which was Geneon).

The thing that irks me is that I have heard talk in forums on boycotting the entire anime industry over this, thinking that it will make anyone change their minds, and it won’t do anything. In fact, it may just do the opposite. Boycotting may cause some harsh reprecussions upon everyone, not just on the dl’ers(Can we say no more anime?T_T)

Since this probably gonna be an ongoing news item, I’ll probably coming back to this soon.

Jopedit- From sources like Darkmirage and AnimeSuki: BayTSP laid an egg. They did send them all out, however, it was meant for singapore IPs only, it seems. Thus tarnishing Odex even more…>_>
