Anime Fandom….(And Why I am not ashamed to be one)

I have been reading a lot on Anime fandom(And how all of us Anime Otaku(Which I admit am one of them) are dumb and should hide forever.

I am NOT going anywhere. I have been a fan of Anime for about 10 years now(Early 1998 was the year someone shown me Eva. I was hooked ever since). I admit, I used to be ashamed, but everyone mostly knows that my anime watching is a part of me now. Also, I know that me and “Joppy’s Girls” make me look like a pervert. Well, I like cuteness, so If you want to label me as such, so be it.

And yes, I may be “Emotionally Stunted” for watching anime, but guess what? I was the same way , way before I even lay eyes on anime. I was a real shy person before I started. And yes, ten years later, I still am shy, especially at my job, however, I am working on getting around that hinderance.

I know I am sounding like an attention whore, and I am so sorry for that. But I have to get my opinion in on this, before it turns into hatred of Otakuness.
