State of Anime Companies- June 07….

This is gonna be a quiet month, presumedly because of AX fast approaching.

First off-

Bandai Entertainment- The last of Galaxy angel, one that features Chitose, is coming over. That in itself is pure win. Now, if only they brought over the games… Plus, a thing called Haruhi was released….

ADV- Air, Magikano, Pumpkin Scissors, Welcome to the NHK, Red Garden, and the Wallflower. ADV has gotten a lot of money recently, and they are using it well.

Geneon- Is sitting on licenses people know that are out there-Nanoha is one. I predict that it may be at AX where some will be revealed.

Funi-has also been strangely quiet, but……since they got some of the highest ranked, and Highly controversial releases of DBZ that is making them more money than ever. Hint- Get the rest of Kodocha , plz, and get them back into Best Buy,ASAP. That is one of the reasons why that series is hurting right now.

Bandai Visual USA- Do I even need to go here?

Manga- Who? (Haven’t heard from them in a year)

Viz- Hurray for Ranma 1/2 getting the rerelease(DirtCheap).
