They somehow got a wad of cash stashed away, as another series was Licensed-

ADV Films Acquires Wallflower (10:23 PM EST): At a special event tonight at the Alamo in Texas, ADV Films hosted a showing of Nerima Daikon Brothers. At the event, series director Shinichi Watanabe was there after his recent appearance at Anime Central. While the event focused on Nerima Daikon Brothers, it was revealed that “Nabeshin’s” latest series has been picked up for US distribution, Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge, better known as Wallflower here from the Del Rey Manga releases.Another Nabeshin Series. Since I know from a few episodes I saw of some of his series, his series are always hilarious. So, this could be another great series for ADV.
